We currently ship within Australia.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order, delivery location, and the shipping method selected.
Please allow time for your order to be prepared before dispatch.
Processing times vary depending on the product ordered. Some items are ready sooner, while made-to-order, custom, pre-order, personalised, framed, or specialty items may require additional production time.
For pre-order or made-to-order items, please allow up to 3 weeks for production.
This production timeframe does not include shipping time. Shipping time begins once your order has been dispatched and handed over to Australia Post.
Production and processing times begin from the week your order is placed, not necessarily the exact day of purchase.
Orders are generally dispatched on Fridays.
We do not ship orders daily. If your order is placed earlier in the week, it may still be dispatched on the next available Friday once it has been prepared.
Express orders may be dispatched outside of our standard Friday dispatch schedule where possible.
We use Australia Post for shipping.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on your location, shipping method, and Australia Post’s delivery network.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by Australia Post delays, peak periods, public holidays, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
Please note that shipping time is in addition to any processing or production time.
We do not offer shipping for large or oversized items.
Large or oversized items are available for in-store pickup only from our Eastland store.
If an item is listed as pickup only, it cannot be shipped. Please ensure you are able to collect the item from our Eastland store before placing your order.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether this is possible.
We will always do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee a delivery date unless it has been confirmed with us before the order is placed.
In-store pickup is available from our Eastland store.
You will be contacted when your order is ready for collection. Please wait until you receive confirmation before coming in to collect your order.
Please check your shipping details carefully before placing your order.
PhotoXpert is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping details, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at eastland@photoxpert.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and damaged item.
Please keep the item and packaging until we have reviewed the issue, as this may be required for assessment.
Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to Australia Post, delivery delays are outside of our control.
If your order appears to be lost or delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist with tracking or lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.
If you select authority to leave, your parcel may be left unattended at the delivery address.
