Any correctly supplied item will not be refunded or exchanged, as such is it up to you to ensure you select the correct sizes and colours when adding an item to your cart. We will not offer any return for change of mind, unwanted gifts, or due to small variations in colour.
We are happy to offer a refund or exchange if the item is drastically different from how we described it online, has been deliver in the incorrect size or colour (as can be seen on the confirmation email), or if it is damaged.
Please contact us as at email@example.com as soon as you received your items. Then we will indicate the next step of refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Photo products and gift cards are exempt from being returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
