Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for correctly supplied items. It is your responsibility to ensure you select the correct sizes and colors when adding an item to your cart. We will not entertain return requests for reasons such as a change of mind, unwanted gifts, or minor variations in color.

2. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

We are pleased to offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:

  • The item is drastically different from how we described it online.
  • The item has been delivered in the incorrect size or color, as confirmed in the delivery email.
  • The item is damaged.

3. Return Criteria

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused.
  • It should be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.

4. Time Limit for Returns

No refunds or exchanges will be considered after 30 days from the date of purchase. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

5. Exempt Items

Please note that photo products and gift cards are exempt from being returned.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account for the refund.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be processing time before the refund appears.

Sale Items

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items, unfortunately, cannot be refunded.

Shipping Costs on Return Items

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning your item. These shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

For items over $75, it is advisable to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
