Photo Ordering FAQ
What is your turnaround time?
For in-store pick-up orders, we can have your order ready in approximately one hour. However, we require a phone call ahead of time to confirm. Otherwise, orders will be ready to pick up the next business day. Delivery orders are sent out with Australia Post and can take 1- 2 weeks to arrive.
What is your paper quality like?
For our standard prints we use Fujicolor Crystal Archive Paper. These papers are both 205gsm archival quality and are available in a Gloss or Lustre finish. Well known for capturing those natural, true-to-life tones and delivering stunning clarity that makes your photos truly shine.
Do you print photos from social media?
We can use photos from social media, but they are usually saved as low resolution, which may result in poor quality. It is best to track down the original photo if possible
Do you edit the photos?
If you choose the "Auto Correct" option, we will enhance your photos by adjusting brightness, colour, and adding sharpness before printing. For more in depth editing please contact us.
How can I send my photos to you?
Our preferred method is through our online portal (linked above) however you can also email your order to print@photoxpert.au. If your are able to visit us instore you can bring your photos on a USB or we can use 'Airdrop' / 'Nearby Share' to receive photos from your phone.
